Abstract provided by Publisher
The spread of forces around the knee joint depends on the degree of knee bending in the limb loading phase. Excess load on the patella and paterall ligament during walking with flexion of the knee joint leads to the development of a number of pathological phenomena in the femoropatellar joint resulting from the existing disturbances of muscular balance.
